Snapvane takes the complexity and time out of fletching, reducing it to a two step process: Remove old fletching, snap a new fletch on. Keep shooting.

Arrow downtime is practically eliminated and keeps archers and session organisers shooting more arrows for longer. Gear maintenance away from the range is simplified, and without the need for jigs, adhesive, individual fletches, and time, associated costs plummet. Real world testing shows that SnapVane puts a damaged arrow back in the quiver in seconds, even in the field.

Retail costs are assessed to be commensurate with existing individual fletching products, and lower than existing shrink-fletch type offerings. Accessibility to the sport of archery is improved at the grassroots level since maintenance is simplified by an order of magnitude. Clubs can rebuild damaged arrows instantly during beginners' courses and open days, and retailers adopting SnapVane can now offer faster build-to-spec arrow services for their customers.

We are looking for partners with prior experience of injection molding sports equipment, or international distributor and retail marketing. Designs have been finalised and are ready for materials testing.

SnapVane is looking for partners and investors to boost the product out of the 3d printed prototype phase. Design work and initial testing have been completed, comprising hundreds of hours of CAD work, dozens of printed prototypes, and many shooting sessions of real-world testing and refinement.

The injection molding phase will allow for appropriate material selection and rapid deployment to the retail space thereafter.
